A short walkthrough for granting us access to each platform. Where a platform lets us pull, it’s one tap on your side; where it doesn’t, it’s a quick invite. Your logins never leave your hands — you only ever add our two team inboxes.

/ 01 — How access works

Add both team inboxes — every platform.

We work from two shared inboxes, never personal addresses. Add both to everything you grant — that way whoever’s on your account can always get in, and nothing breaks when someone moves on.

/ 02 — Google Analytics 4

Add us to Google Analytics 4 as an Administrator.

Where your traffic, conversions and audiences live. We read it, and we configure what it measures.

02In the Property column, click Property access management.
03Hit the blue + and choose Add users.
04Add both tracking@ampliodata.io and hello@ampliodata.io, each as Administrator.
05Keep "Notify by email" ticked and press Add.
!Heads upEditor looks close, but it can’t change property settings or link BigQuery. Administrator is the level we need.

Add us to Google Tag Manager as an Admin.

The control room for your tags — pixels, conversions and events. Admin lets us ship and manage everything cleanly.

Accept our manager link in Google Ads.

So we can manage campaigns, read conversions and audit how your budget is bidding.

02In the left menu, under Users, open Partners.
03Click AddGive a partner access to your assets.

05Pick your Ad Account, Dataset / Pixel and Page, and switch on full control for each.
!Heads upAdding us from your side is more reliable than us requesting — a request often gets blocked. Please switch on full control per asset, or we can’t edit budgets or repair the pixel.
